Theresa has been practicing breathing techniques since 1993 and has extensive teaching experience in the field of breathing techniques and health and spiritual growth teaching. Theresa not only teaches Sudarshan Kriya courses, she also teaches Sahaj Samadhi Meditation, Sri Sri Yoga, youth empower Seminar and children courses.
